Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout. Domestic orders may typically arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch, while international delivery may take approximately 7–20 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. VelvetMart is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
